TruePosse is a talent network that connects creative professionals (models, influencers, photographers, makeup artists, videographers, and stylists) with brands and agencies seeking to collaborate.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. TruePosse reserves the right to approve or reject any account application.
Talent members agree to provide genuine information, authentic portfolio work, and accurate availability details. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate removal from the platform.
Brands agree to use the platform only for legitimate hiring and collaboration purposes. Misuse of talent contact information, spam, or harassment will result in account suspension.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. By uploading to TruePosse, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content on the platform for the purpose of your profile visibility.
Certain features require payment (featured listings, subscriptions, sourcing services). All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. TruePosse may change pricing with reasonable notice.
TruePosse acts as a platform facilitator and is not responsible for the outcome of collaborations, payments between talent and brands, or the quality of work delivered. All agreements are between the respective parties.
TruePosse reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or negatively impacts other users.
